Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Tones By Tess has a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to both clients and the business.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
